SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please message when you arrive and wait for a message back or the gate next to the garage to open, due to covid there is a lot more sterilisation that goes on between appointments, please park on the curb. Thank you for your understanding I do my absolute best to run all appointments smoothly at the absolute most i will be behind by 5 minutes on the off occasion. Please remember I am a 1:1 session so please come alone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients must pay a $100.00 deposit to secure any appointments over 2hr long, no deposit is refundable I am very lenient with rescheduling appointments which your deposit will be held for that appointment. VAGARO will send a confirmation message 2 days before your appointment as a reminder, so please make sure you have the app and have email notifications turned on. Clients who give less than 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments will unfortunately lose their deposit. I appreciate your understanding that late cancellations are a loss of business.
